All contest spaces are accessible. Please let me know in advance of any accessibility needs so we can plan accordingly.
Check-in
In order to keep our event running on-time, check-in will close promptly at 8:30 AM the morning of the event. Teams not registered by 8:30 AM will lose their spot and no refunds will be given. Please contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and will not be re-run.
Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations will only be issued if the spot is filled with another paying team. Any refunds will be made 30 days after the competition.
Parking
Parking for the event will be in the parking lot on the west end of the building.

In case of bad weather please visit the event on events.vex.com for updates. Contest information will be updated the night before and/or the morning of the event as necessary. If cancelled, we will reschedule the event for 1/07/2017. No refunds will be issued unless we are not able to run the event either date.
