General Info
Crown Point is pleased to offer an Event Partner training scrimmage. This event will be run like an actual event and will provide new Event Partners (EPs) experience in running a VEX IQ Crossover tournament. EPs will learn how to use Tournament Manager to: set-up the match schedule, generate a match schedule, run matches and upload results. The event set-up will include: competition, skills, practice fields and a pit area.
Please sign up and bring your teams so that they will have a chance to practice in a tournament setting.

We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator Alycia Graczyk at 219-662-3600 x16218. We are looking for Queuing, Referees and field re-set.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.
Refund and Payment Policies
This is a free event. If you and your team on unable to attend please contact me at least two days prior to the event. Match Lists must be created and cannot be rerun the day of the scrimmage.
