Hello,

Welcome to the Capital Area VEX IQ MS Only Fall Tournament. This event is being hosted by Charlotte Public Schools. There will be two simultaneous events taking place on the same day. One will host 16 Elementary teams, the other will host 16 Middle School teams. This event registration is for MS Only. We have beautiful facilities providing a great environment for students to hone their crossover skills.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

It will not be possible to reschedule this event and it will only be cancelled if the school is not able to open. Refunds for bad weather will only be issued if the event was cancelled.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be issued to teams that cancel their registration more than TWO weeks in advance of the event. Refunds will be processed within one month of the cancellation.
