Agenda

8:30  Doors open, registration, and inspection of robots.  Turn in your engineering notebooks when you arrive.  The judges will begin questioning teams at 9:00

9:00  Opening remarks and drivers meeting.  Robot skills will start as soon as the drivers meeting is finished.

9:30  Qualification matches begin

12:00-1:00  Lunch

1:00-2:30  Qualifications matches continue

2:45-3:30  Finals matches

3:45-4:00  Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

For event day information regarding weather delays or cancellations, please check the event page for updates and call Brian Jonas at (813)334-7335.

If schools are closed due to inclement weather and travel is not allowed from your ditsrict to the event, refunds will of course be made.

Refund and Payment Policies

The amount of refund depends the time the refund is requested.  All refunds may require 6-8 weeks to process.

Before 2 weeks - full refund

Between 1 and 2 weeks - 75% refund

Within a week of the event - No refund  ( barring extenuatiing circumstances with documentation)

Team changes within a school must be made a week before the event.  You may have to register the new team then get a refund for the first team.
