We will be playing the 2016-2017 VEX IQ Challenge game Crossover.

Agenda

7:30am - Allison arrives
8:00am - open to volunteers
9:00am - open to teams (check in, load in, set up fields, inspection, practice matches)
10:00am - field setup and inspection complete, teamwork match lists generated
10:15am - opening remarks and driver meeting
10:30am-2:30pm - teamwork matches, skills matches, judging (lunch break around noon)
2:45pm - finals match lists generated
3:00pm - finals matches
3:20pm - closing remarks and awards
3:40pm - load out and everybody helps reset the cafeteria to rights
4:00pm - all clear!

Volunteer

If any members of your organization and willing to volunteer have them contact Allison! Additionally, all teams can help out by bringing a field to use for teamwork matches, skills matches, or practice.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of questionable weather...

The Wednesday before the event Allison will check the 5 day forecast. If it looks rough an email will be send out to make everyone aware. The morning of Allison will get up especially early and make a decision based on current conditions.
If an event is cancelled it will be rescheduled within three weeks, and teams can either attend the rescheduled event or another NRGYF VEX IQ event (if space allows) that better fits their schedule.

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds. At Allison's discretion teams may instead be offered the option to swap events and attend a different NRGYF VEX IQ tournament.

Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
