Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Due to the size of the facility this event is held both indoors and outdoors . If we have light rain we can facilitate the competitors under the school canopys and in open classrooms although this will slow down the process. In heavy rain or other bad weather the event will be cancelled and fees refunded.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds are easy. All fees will be refunded if you cancel ten or more days before the event. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations less than 10 days before the event. This event has been filled the past three years and our biggest concern is that you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot come so that we can contact our waiting list teams.

Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
