General Info
This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event that is scheduled for 3 State Qualification Spots as follows:
1 = Excellence Award and 2 = Teamwork Champions
Any team not paid by November 21st will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.
Concessions will be available for Snacks and Lunch.
We will offer Pizza Order forms for teams to purchase group pizzas.
Pizza Order forms need to be turned in by 10:00 AM to the concessions team.
Participation and Consent Form
A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in. The day of registration deadline is 8:45 am, teams not registered by that time will be removed from the event and not be included in the match list.
All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments not accepted at the door.

We will do our best to adhere to the following schedule but that is dependant upon teams and technology working as needed to. In the event that things go better than planned we will wrap earlier if possible.

1:15 – 3:15 Teamwork matches

4:30 Have a safe trip home
4:45 Doors Close - Everyone Out
Volunteer
We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator XXXXXX at 1-800 – 234-5678. We are looking for Queuing, Referees and field re-set.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on my wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are granted in extreme cases only and must be requested 3 weeks prior to the event.
Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis within 2 weeks of the events completion.
