General Info
The event will be located at Pauline Church Gym. Parking for busses will be in the gravel area north of the facility. Parents are allowed to park anywhere on the facility or across the road. There will be a concession stand available and lunch can be eaten on the premises. (Hamburgers and Hot Dogs will be served in concession stand.)

7:30 am Pre-Event Check-in: Teams Check-in, Set up Pit Area, and Inspection

9:15 am Mandatory Drivers Meeting and Judges Meeting
9:45 am Welcome and Opening Ceremonies
10:00 am Qualifying Matches, and Skills Challenges Open

if teams would like to pre-order)

Volunteer
Event Partner is organizing volunteers for the event but schools are welcome to assist in the cleaning of the facility after the event is over.

In case of bad weather, please contact Terri Smith at (870) 723-1335. Determination of driving condition will be made as quickly as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
100% refund will be made to teams two weeks prior to competition. No refunds will be made after February 3, 2017 except for inclement weather.
In case of inclement weather, refunds can either be applied to another tournament or refunded.
