In case of bad weather, the event will be canceled. If it is recommended to stay off roads, we will cancel the event. Every effort will be made to notify you by text and or email, however, please check events.vex.com where updates will be posted.

Please feel free to contact the Event Partner by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies
