Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Should the event need to be postponed due to bad weather, the event coordinator will contact participating teams via email regarding the rescheduling of the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Due to costs incurred by the host, refunds will not be issued once payment is received. Thank you for your understanding.

Teams that have not checked in 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the qualifying matches will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run. Teams that are running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped. There will be no refunds for teams that are dropped for being late
