General Info
This tournament will be help on Sunday, February 12th, from 9 am to ~ 5 pm. All participants must be registered AND pass inspection BEFORE 10 am to be considered for the competition.
Pizza, snacks, and beverages (soda, water) will be sold for lunch, and there are other food options nearby. No breakfast food will be available.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Our facility is indoors and will not be affected by weather considerations. If there is an issue teams will be contacted by the Event Partner.
Refund and Payment Policies
If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible to allow us to offer your spot to other teams. Refunds will not be issued for occupied spots that are not able to be filled by other participants.

Travel Info
The event is located in the gym of the Quarry Lane School at 6363 Tassajara Road, Dublin, CA, 94568.
When arriving to campus, please park in one of the parking lots, and enter from the rear of the upper school building. Signs will be posted, but you basically have to walk around the right side of the building to the back, where you will see open doors and the entrance/registration area.
Fore teams coming in from out of the area that need travel information contact the Event Partner.
Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
