Volunteer

We need volunteers to serve as Referees, Score Keepers, Emcees, Queuing Agents, Check-in Desk Assistants, Technical Judges, Inspectors, and General Helpers. We will need about 15 kids plus about 4 adults. The event will start at 8am so volunteers need to arrive by 7:30am. The event ends at 4pm but some volunteer positions can be completed by noon. We can also need second shift general helpers from noon to 4pm.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event is Indoors so will go on Rain or Shine.  If there is an emergency teams will be contacted by the Event Partner.
