General Info

Welcome to Chadwick Robotics 1st VEX IQ League. 

We will be holding 3 qualifying sessions:

Saturday 10th December

Saturday 7th January 2017

Saturday 11th February 2017

The final qualifying session will be followed by the Championship session.

There will be a short amount of time at the end of the first 2 sessions (12/10 and 1/7) for teams to compete in the  robot skills and programming competition. NOT ON 2/11

We will be judging STEM Research Project and Design Award. It will be the responsibility of the team to sign up for a time to meet with the judges in between matches. 

Maps of the school campus detailing location of event and parking will be emailed to participants closer to the event.

  • 8:30 - 9:00am Registration and Inspection 
  • 9:15am Drivers Meeting
  • 9:30am Qualifiying Matches begin. 
  • 12:30pm Qualifiying Matches End 
  • 12:30 - 12:45pm Optional Skills / Programming 
  • 1:00pm Clear out. 

Championship Session 2/11

As above except:

  • 12:30pm Qualifying Matches End

  • 1:45pm Prize Ceremony

Anyone wishing to volunteer please contact the event partner directly.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We do not anticipate bad weather at the venue, therefore the event will go ahead.   If there is an emergency teams will be notifided by the Event Partner.  

Refund and Payment Policies

To avoid teams registering and not showing up, there will be no refunds offered. Only register if you intend to turn up.
