General Info

Welcome to the RoboSLAM @ the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition. We will have a full Crossover Tournament featuring two competition fields, a skills field, and a practice field. A maximum of 6 teams per organization are allowed. Teams need to arrive by 8:00 AM so that they can be inspected before the 9:00 AM deadline. All participants are to enter through Gate #4 and park in the VIP lot. A lunch break will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 PM with items available for pre-order as well as on-site from the Fair Cafe. More information on pre-orders will be forthcoming in a separate e-mail.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If we must cancel the event, we will work out a way to reimburse paid teams( less 3% charged by RobotEvents). No postponments, cancellations only. Teams will be notified via phone call, so make sure you have up-to-date contact information at events.vex.com

No Refunds, except if event is cancelled.
