7:30-8:30 Registration and Inspection of robots

8:30-8:50 Drivers’ Meeting and Intro

9:00-12:00 Research Presentations/Judging, Robot and Driver Skills Challenge fields will be open to be used as there is time, sign in when you arrive at fields.

12:00-2:30 PM Qualification Rounds

Lunch: There is not a set time for lunch, you can eat as you have time in your schedule. You may purchase a lunch from the West Salem High School Robotics Program and support their program… usually $5)

2:30-3:00 Final Rounds

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event will be held on a Saturday in conjunction with the West Salem VEX Robotics tournament. In the event of need to cancel due to weather or emergency, it will be cancelled/held/rescheduled under the same criteria as the VEX tournament. Please call 503-881-9456 with any questions.
