Teams will need to sign in at 1:00 pm. Anyone interested in helping with set up should arrive at 11:00 am. We will provide community service points for any volunteers willing to assist during the tournament.

Tournament will be CANCELLED due to inclement weather. There is no "Rain Date" at this time. Check back at events.vex.com for updates.
Please feel free to contact the Event Partner by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will follow the same policy as REC Foundation. Please read over all registration information carefully.
All requests for refunds must be made three weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within one month following the event.
