Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Coaches will be notified in case of bad weather based on contact information at registration time.

Refund and Payment Policies

If a team cancels within two weeks of the event there will be no refunds. Extenuating circumstances are of course considered so consequently a refund would be issued on a case by case basis. Please allow six weeks for any refund.

Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
