Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description.

 Please feel free to contact me by phone 317-727-1740 if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled ( on agenda) and cannot be re-run. 

Should the event be cancelled; please check your email before leaving for the event.  

Should inclement weather make it impossible to travel; please contact 317-727-1740 by phone as soon as possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. Refunds if approved will be processed within 1 month following the event.

Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event date. Un-Paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on my wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made. All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds if approved will be processed ASAP following the event. 

* since we had to reschedule I need to know by 1/19/17 if you are unable to make it.  If I don't here by then no refunds will be given.
