Aloha and welcome to the Royal Robotics Open. We are excited to host this event in our Student Activity Center. We hope that we are able to host a full tournament with some great competition. See you there!

Setup:
We will be setting up for the event the night before, Friday, 1/20. We cannot get the gym until 8:30 PM. We will set up the mats and tables that night.
Items for the event:
- Extra fields. If we get more fields, we will have more matches for the teams.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The VEX IQ Tournament will be held in our Student Activity Center and will not be canceled due to bad weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
Once payment is received, we will not be offering refunds for cancellations or no-shows at our event. Thank you for your understanding, the event partner has fixed costs that must be covered by the registration fees.
Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
