iDESIGN Solutions would like to recognize schools and teams that will participate in multiple VEX events this season and who have been or are willing to become loyal customers of iDESIGN. Here is the promotion we are offering to all teams in Northern NY:
iDESIGN Solutions will provide 1 VEX EDR team with a New 2017-18 Game Element kit and 1 VEX IQ team with a New 2017-2018 Game Element kit provided that the team is an officially registered team with RECF, has participated in at least 3 sanctioned VEX EDR or IQ events this 2016-17 season and has purchased at least $1500 of VEX EDR materials or $500 of VEX IQ materials from iDESIGN Solutions since July 1st, 2016 until December 31st, 2016. Teams that qualify will be entered and the winning teams will be announced at the NNY State Championship February 25th for EDR and March 4 at Niagara Falls for IQ.
iDESIGN Solutions will also provide an appropriate storage tote for another VEX EDR and VEX IQ team as well (meeting the above criteria).
As our last added bonus, teams that have spent over $2500 and have met the above criteria will be eligible to win a brand new Pi-Top Laptop!

Concessions will be open throughout the event and you will be able to eat in between your events. We want to keep things moving along and be considerate of your time.
Volunteer
Volunteers make robotics tournaments possible and are essential for providing these STEM learning opportunities for our friends and family. Please consider volunteering to help make this event a success. Half and full-day volunteer opportunities are available and no experience is necessary - all training will be provided. Full-day volunteers will be provided a complimentary lunch. Please contact Ronnie McGrath at [email protected].
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of impending bad weather, we will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time. If the event cannot continue on its original schedule, every effort will be made to either keep the event on the same day with an adjusted schedule or reschedule the event to a different date and/or location. Updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on events.vex.com.

Refund and Payment Policies
Due to the nature of costs associated with hosting events, Niagara Falls Robotics is unable to offer refunds to teams that cancel their registration. However, please let us know if you are unable to attend so that we can better plan for the event. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the event partner must cancel the event, 75% of the registration fees paid will be remitted back to the teams. If approved, refunds will be made within 60 days of the date of the event or within 30 days of when payment is received by Niagara Falls, whichever is later.
