This event will be a Vex IQ Competition (VIQC) event, which will include individual robot skills challenges as well as a 2 on 2 tournament according to the VRC rules. We try to give teams 3 skills runs (1 programming skills, 1 robot skills, and 1 free choice) and 5 matches each, in additional to the finals.
Parking will be labeled with blue and white signage pointing to the correct area. Additional signs will point to the entrance to the venue.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather, all team advisors will be contacted via email. While sometimes weather can be unpredictable, usually we will make a decision by 4:00pm the day before the event, if not earlier. I will also update the "EVENT INFORMATION" tab to read "CANCELED" at the top.
Depending on the circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule, rather than outright cancel an event, and that will be done on a case by case basis depending on the schedule and space availability.
Refund and Payment Policies
Due to the usual timeline needed for teams to register and arrange transportation, teams that decide to drop out later than 45 days in advance of an event will be unable to secure a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances.
In the event that you decide to drop your team and another team is willing to take your place, your registration fee minus a $5.00 charge to cover processing costs can be reimbursed to you upon request.
Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
