General Info
The event will be located at Pauline Church Gym. Parking for buses will be in the gravel area north of the facility. Parents are allowed to park anywhere on the facility or across the road. There will be a concession stand available and lunch can be eaten on the premises.(Pizza and Hot Dogs will be served in concession stand.)

100% refund will be made to teams two weeks prior to competition. No refunds will be made after February 2nd except for inclement weather.
In case of inclement weather, refunds can either be applied to another tournament or refunded.

Volunteer
Event Partner is organizing volunteers for the event but schools are welcome to assist in the cleaning of the facility after the event is over. If anyone is interested in volunteering or know of someone wanting to volunteer, please contact 870-723-1335.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather, please contact Terri Smith at (870) 723-1335. Determination of driving condition will be made as quickly as possible. 100% of fee will be refunded due to bad weather.
