General Info

Welcome to the Kea'au Robotics VEX IQ League. 

Teams that have not checked in 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the qualifying matches will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run. Teams that are running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped.

This event is a VEX IQ Ringmaster competition, open to all VEX IQ Elementary and Middle/Intermediate School teams that belong to the KPK (KEa'au/Puna/Kau) League.  A wait list will be generated should the number of REGISTERED teams exceed the maximum capacity of 33.  A maximum of 3 teams per school is allowed.  If you are interested in entering a 4th team or more, please email your request to me at [email protected]

 To qualify for the STEM Research Project and/or Excellence Awards, the team is required to sign up for a presentation interview.  Presentation time slots and location will be done during check in. First come, first served.  We will try our best to ensure that while teams are presenting, they do not miss any matches.  If any team has presenters who are also drivers of their robot, please let the check in desk know when you sign up for a time slot.

This event will qualify teams for the VEX IQ State Championship.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The VEX IQ Tournament will be held in the School Cafeteria and will typically not be cancelled due to bad weather. If the event must be cancelled it will be rescheduled by the event partner.

Refund and Payment Policies

As event planners we have fixed costs. Once payment is received, we will not be offering refunds for cancellations or no-shows at our event.  Thank you for your understanding.
