General Info
This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event that is scheduled for 3 State Qualification Spots as follows: 1 = Excellence Award and 2 = Teamwork Champions
Any team not paid by January 20th will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.
Concessions will be available for snacks. There are many local lunch options, however, a pizza order form wil be avaibale for teams wanting to order pizza.
A completed consent form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in.
The day of registration deadline is 8:30 am, teams not registered by that time will be removed from the event and not be included in the match list. All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments not accepted at the door.

8:45-9:00 Drivers meeting (ANY student driving needs to attend this meeting - Webster Auditorum)
9:00-9:15 Announcements and introductions (all particpants and spectators need to attend - Gym)
9:30 - 12:00 Qualification Rounds (skills challenge will be open at this time)
***STEM Judging 9:30-11:30 - in the STEM Lab
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch (feel free to leave and get lunch or enjoy the pizza that you ordered in the cafeteria)
1:00 - 3:00 Qualification Rounds
3:00 - 3:15 Alliance Selection (Automatic Selection Process)
3:15 - 3:45 Championship Rounds
4:00 pm Awards
Volunteer
We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator, Annie Brady 219-531-3040. We are looking for Queuing, Referees and field re-set.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Should inclement weather make it impossible to travel; please contact Annie Brady via email as soon as possible. If the weather looks bleak, please check your email before leaving for the event. Please feel free to contact me via email if you are going to be late to the event or unable to attend at all.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event date. Un Paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on my wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made. All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds if approved will be processed ASAP following the event.
