General Info
RESCHEDULED TO DECEMBER 16. Henrico County Public Schools is closed December 9 due to the winter storm conditions forecast for the Richmond area, so we are postponing the RVA/Holman VEX IQ Tournament until Saturday, December 16. In order to accomodate the new date, the schedule has been adjusted slightly. Doors open at 9:00 am on Saturday, December 16. The entire tentative agenda can be found on the "Agenda" tab.
Please join us for the RVA VEX IQ Ringmaster Tournament at Holman Middle School. This blended VEX IQ tournament is open to both Elementary and Middle School teams and will qualify teams for the State Championship. If the event is full, please add your team to the Waiti List. If the event is not full, but the registration deadline has passed and you would still like to attend, please email us.
Lunch and snacks will be available for purchase with all proceeds benefiting the Holman Middle School Technology Student Association.
If paying by check, please make payable to "RVA Robotics" and bring to the event (or email for mailing address).

Volunteers make robotics tournaments possible and are essential for providing these STEM learning opportunities for our friends and family. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Due to forecast winter storm weather, the event has been rescheduled to Saturday, December 16, 2017. Further updates will be provided to teams via email and posted on the event webpage on events.vex.com.
Refund and Payment Policies
Due to the nature of costs associated with hosting events, RVA Robotics is unable to offer refunds to teams that cancel their registration. However, please let us know if you are unable to attend so that we can better plan for the event. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the event partner must cancel the event, 75% of the registration fees paid will be remitted back to the teams. If approved, refunds will be made within 60 days of the date of the event (or re-scheduled date, if appropriate) or within 30 days of when payment is received by RVA Robotics, whichever is later.
