General Info
This event will be a state qualifier if 16 or more teams show up. It is Vex IQ only for elementary and middle. Its held at a nice facility that the Community United Methodist church lets us use for our Robotics competitions, called the Family Life Center. Facility is clean and there's plenty of room for the kids in the pit area. We will have STEM judges and Design notebook also. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new teams and coaches also. See you all on the 6th of January. Plan on staying for lunch as we will be serving something delicious and affordable. Would like to run skills challenges during lunches also if I can get enough volunteers,
"The RoboSLAM Championship", -- This event will be a State AND World spots qualifying event. This special event will require an invitation based on performance and judged awards from official qualifying Florida events. If you would like to be invited, "you" must register your team on the RoboSLAM "wait list" after winning an award from this tournament
Florida teams only, from qualified awards at this event, may be selected to compete at a special event in Miam to win 2018 VEX Worlds Spots - VRC – April 25 – April 28 , VEX IQ – April 29 – May 1 and also win spots to compete at the Florida State VEX Championship event Febuary 18th and 19th 2018.

If the weather keeps us from hosting the Fall Challenger Alliance then a full refund minus what Vex takes out will be returned to you. I don't know what their policy is on that $5 fee per team.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds are available upon request as long as we're given notice within 72 hours before the event. They will also be given if there are not enough teams to make it a state qualifier.
