General Info
Jose de Diego Middle School will be hosting a VEX IQ Ringmaster State Qualifier on our beautiful art-filled campus on Saturday, November 18, 2017. The school is located at 3100 NW 5th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33127. Gates will open for parking at 7:30a.m. on the western side of the school. Cars will be directed to the parking area and a JDD E'Squad Ambassador will take you to the check-in area. Event check-in and inspection will begin at 8:00a.m. with opening ceremonies beginning at 8:45a.m.
"The RoboSLAM Championship", -- This event will be a State AND World spots qualifying event. This special event will require an invitation based on performance and judged awards from official qualifying Florida events. If you would like to be invited, "you" must register your team on the RoboSLAM "wait list" after winning an award from this tournament
Florida teams only, from qualified awards at this event, may be selected to compete at a special event in Miam to win 2018 VEX Worlds Spots - VRC – April 25 – April 28 , VEX IQ – April 29 – May 1 and also win spots to compete at the Florida State VEX Championship event Febuary 18th and 19th 2018.
