Here's the tenative agenda for the day (as this is an early season event, we expect there to be some changes):
7:00am Doors open for volunteers
7:30am Pits open, Practice Fields Open, and Registration & Inspection Begin
8:15am Inspection closes, Opening/Event Meeting *Teams not registered with their robots inspected by 8:15 will be disqualified*
8:30am Qualification matches, skills events, and STEM presentations begin
12:15pm Break for lunch
1:00pm Qualification matches resume
2:15pm Qualification matches finish, skills events close, and STEM presentations finish
2:30pm Elimination matches begin
3:00pm Awards Ceremony
3:30pm Competition event closes
Volunteer
Volunteers will be needed for event setup, robot inspection, ring reset, event tear down, and other positions. If you have any interest in helping out, please contact Jeff Layne at [email protected].
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Please make sure your team's contact information is up to date in the event we need to contact your team.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event payments are expected when you register for this event and must be completed (showing PAID in the system) a minimum of 1 week prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event, allowing space for teams on the wait list. No refunds will be made once a team is marked PAID in the sysytem.
