Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad Weather changes to the schedule will be emailed to team contacts
Options
1 Event opening may be delayed to allow for travel.
2. Event may be moved to posted snow date of January 8, 2016.
3. Event may be cancelled due to the weather.
announcements will go out by 12:00pm Friday before event. All teams are encouraged to use their best judgement when deciding to attend.
Refund and Payment Policies
1. There is a snow date of Sunday, January 8th. If Event is moved to the snow date no refunds will be given to teams that are unable to attend.
2. If event is cancelled team registration fee minus Event Partners expenses will be refunded
