LRMS will be hosting this event! The proceeds from this event will be used towards LRMS Robotics program and to host future tournaments for teams around our area!

LATE Arrivals
Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Team Payment
Teams must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The tournament is indoors. The event would be canceled only under severe weather circumstances. In that case, an email will be sent out the day before.
In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where updates about the event will be posted as needed.
Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will not be provided within 2 weeks of cancelation from the event.
