General Info
If there are enough teams in each division we will add Excellence for Elementry and Middle School.
Modesto Robotics and Technology is delighted to host the VEX IQ Ring Master Event. The event is open to middle and elementary school teams. Up to Four teams will be accepted from each school.
Parking is on school grounds.
LATE Arrivals
Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Team Payment
Teams must be paid three weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.

This event will be held in doors.
In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Event Partners will also make every effort to reach teams directly in case of an emergency. Make sure your team contact information is up to date in your events.vex.com account, as this is the information that will be used to contact your team.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refund Policy
Event payments are expected when you register for this event and must be completed (showing PAID in the system) a minimum of 1 week prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be moved to the wait list. Your spot will be filled with a team on the wait list.
No refunds will be made once a team is marked PAID in the sysytem. Please contact Tina collier for further information.
