General Info

Our Hoover Elementary VEX Robotic team is in its second year.  We are excited about the opportunity to host a VEX IQ State Qualifying Event in the Crawfordsville area. This is a state qualifying event for both Middle School and Elementary teams. We will run multiple playing fields in our school gym with team pits being located in the cafeteria. 

We will provide a concession at this event.

All payments must be received by Friday, January 26th. If your payment is not received by this date your team will be removed and the space will be offered to a team on the waiting list.

Please make sure all Participation and Consent Forms are filled out and turned in at the time of registration.  

All payments must be received in advance.  Payments will not be accepted at the door.

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed.  Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event.  Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event.  Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1 month following the event.
