General Info
Welcome!
Scrimmage in the Valley will be the first ever VEX IQ scrimmage in Kansas! We will be holding a scrimmage to learn about the tournaments and gain some field practice time. Teams will gain an introduction to the tournament layout and events, and will be able to participate in our different events. Information will also be shared about preparing for the first real tournament before we begin. Come enjoy this day of cooperation, teamwork, and a lot of learning!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, emergency, or unforseen sircumstances that compromise the ability to host an event, the event partner will contact the team with information regarding the tournament. If the event needs to be postponed, we will reschedule if possible. Please make sure to keep your contact information up to date in Robotevents.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will be issued up to 14 days prior to this event, minus a $5 processing fee assessed by Robotevents if a team is found to fill the vacated spot. After this time, refunds will not be issued. Please be aware that event partners have fixed costs and rely on team tournament registrations to meet these obligations.

Travel Info
Scrimmage in the Valley will be located at Valley Center Intermediate School in the large gym on the North side of the building. Valley Center Intermediate School is a quick drive off of I-35. Just take the 85th street exit heading West, and then turn North on Meridian (the only stoplight you will hit). The school is a block down on the East.
