Kingsbury VEX IQ ES Scrimmage
Welcome to Kingsbury Elementary School's 2017 VEX IQ ES Robot Scrimmage! This event will be held in the Kingsbury gymnasium. The check in table will be inside the cafeteria. Please enter through Door #6. The cafeteria is to the left when you enter through these doors.
Please bring a signed participant consent form for all students, teachers, and coaches who will be in attendance.

Volunteer
We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Kim Glenn or Karen Menke at 219-362-1823. We are looking for Queing, Referees, and field re-set.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather condition or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where we will post updates about the event status as needed in the General Description. Please feel free to contact us by phone at 219-851-0520 if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.
We will call you at the number you provided on Saturday morning, if we need to cancel the event due to bad weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
All requests for refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1 month following the event.
