General Info

The event will be hosted at Castlebay Lane Elementary School in Porter Ranch, California.  The event will start at 9:00 A.M.  The preparation / pits room/building will open at 8:00 A.M.  The preliminary competitions will be from 9:00 - 11:30.  Lunch will be from 11:30 - 12:30.  The finals will start at about 12:30 pm. 

LATE Arrivals

Teams must be checked in 30 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event. 

Team Payment

Teams must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Refund and Payment Policies

Due to fixed costs incurred by the event partner, there will be no refunds unless a team fills your spot.
