Apache Behavioral Health Services in cooperation with the Whiteriver Unified School District is proud to offer their facility and crew to provide this opportunity for youth to participate in the new and exciting field of robotics competition. Please enjoy yourselves and have fun. If you are from outside the area, please look around and maybe plan to visit us again soon and learn more about the area and people. We take pride in our environment and hope you find it as beautiful as we do.

Volunteer
Teams that are coming down are encouraged to ask adults invlolved with your robotics program and wish to help to contact us and we'll see where your volunteer service might be used. We are always appreciative of the extension of helping hands. Refreshments and lunches will be provided for all those who contribute as a token of our appreciation.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Whitetiver is located about 20 miles south of Pinetop-Lakeside. We do have winter days when significant snowfall occurs; however, not nearly as much as our Northern neighbors. Weather reports are generally accurate. If you are driving from the Phoenix area, please check ahead on the expected road conditions driving through the mountains near the Salt River Canyon for the evenings before and after our event.
If the weather restricts too many teams, we will consider moving the event to the next day or next weekend.
All local registration fees will be refunded due to inclimate weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If you are unable to attend our event due to weather conditions, your fees will be refunded, minus the $5.00 RobotEvents fee. If you must cancel due to other reasons, the fees will be refunded if we are notified via phone call or email at least 14 days before the event start time.

The White Mountain Apache Behavioral Health Services Pavillion is located inside their location at 209 W Ponderosa St in Whiteriver, Arizona. Turn West on Ponderosa just north of the local Bashas grocery store. ABHS is on the left about 1/4 mile off of highway 73.
