General Info
This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event that is scheduled for 2 State Qualification Spots as follows: Excellence Award and Teamwork Champions.
Any team not paid by January 5, 2019, will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.
Concessions will be available for Snacks and Lunch.
Participation and Consent:
A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in.
The day of registration deadline is 8:45 am, teams not registered by that time will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match list.

7:30-8:30 |
Doors open, registration open, pits open, inspection open. Teams will be taken to a classroom to store personal belongings, door will be locked and not opened again until lunch break from 11:30-12:30. If you must get back into a room, find a volunteer to open the door. |

8:00-9:00 |
2 main fields in gym and 1 field in hallway open for Skills attempts for teams that have passed inspection. 1 field open in gym for any practice. |

Inspection Deadline, fields closed. |

Welcome in gym to all teams. (May start 1st match as soon as announcements are done) |

Qualifications begin on main fields in gym. 24 teams x 8 rounds = 96 matches. Skills competition open in hallway. |

Bad Weather Policy:
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description. Please feel free to contact me by phone 260-446-7929 if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled (on agenda) and cannot be re-run.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment and Refund Policy:
Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 2 weeks prior to the event date. Un-paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on my wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.
All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds if approved will be processed ASAP following the event. Any refund will be minus the $5-dollar team fee.
Day of Event Refund Policy:
Refunds are granted in extreme cases only.
Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis within 2 - 3 weeks of the events completion. Any refund will be minus the $5-dollar team fee.
