General Info

Our Landis Elementary VEX Robotic team is in its second year.  We are excited about the opportunity to host a VEX IQ State Qualifying Event in the Logansport area.  We will run multiple playing fields in our school gym with team pits being located there as well. 

We will provide a concession at this event.

All payments must be received by Monday January 21. If your payment is not received by this date your team will be removed and the space will be offered to a team on the waiting list.

Please make sure all Participation and Consent Forms are filled out and turned in at the time of registration.  Teams not registered by 8:45 a.m. on the day of competition will be removed from the event.

All payments must be received in advance.  Payments will not be accepted at the door.

In case of bad weather condition or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where we will post updates about the event status as needed in the General Description.  Please feel free to contact us by phone at 574-722-5466 or 765-631-6834 (Jessica Cobb) if you are going to be late to the event.  Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 2 weeks prior to the event.  Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1 month following the event.
