General Info
Come test your metal at the Arklamiss VRC 2019 Fall Tournament! While Teams from all around Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi are invited to compete, please remember that this is a Louisiana State qualifying event only.
Note: The STEM research project has changed this year. Instead of teams presenting directly to judges, teams must submit a youtube video of their presentation prior to the tournament. Judges will score the STEM research projects prior to the day of the Tournament. Presentation videos will be displayed to the audience during the tournament. All STEM project videos must be submitted by 3PM CT on Wednesday, November 7th to be considered for judging. Videos submitted after that deadline will not be judged. To submit your team's STEM research video, email the youtube link to [email protected]. Include your team number and the words "STEM PROJECT" in the title.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the unlikely occurence of severe weather such as tornado or flooding, the event shall be postponed to the next available Saturday. Teams that wish to opt out of the new event will receive a full refund, minus the 5 dollar REC fee.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams who withdraw at least two weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a 5 dollar handling fee. Teams withdrawing up to two day's prior will receive a half refund. Teams cancelling the day prior to the event or later shall forfeit their full registration fee. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks after the event to process.
