General Info
The Valley Isle VEXIQ event is open to schools and teams from all islands. Last year the islands of Oahu, Molokai and Lanai were represented along with Maui. We are proud to welcome new and experienced VEXIQ teams and encourage good sportsmanship from all participants and attendees.
Travel info: Kihei is located in southern Maui, approximately 20 minutes from Kahului Airport.
Lunch is not included but there are several options for food in the area including Round Table pizza, McDonalds, Jack in the Box, etc.
LATE Arrivals
Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.
Team Payment
Teams must be paid two weeks prior to the event. Teams not paid at this time may be dropped at the event partner's discretion to allow teams in from the wait list.
This event will not feature a STEM award.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of emergency/bad weather, event will be cancelled and may not be rescheduled.
The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
No refunds for this event. Please inform the event coordinator as early as possible if you know you will be unable to attend so that match lists can be re-generated.
