General Info
Because we have many new teams, I'll briefly list the items that you need to bring/know:
- Please make sure that you have your students have signed and submitted on-line the participant release forms for all members in attendance.
- All schools/organizations will need to bring at least one field to the event. If you are able to bring your field on Friday afternoon, that would be awesome (I'll be at the school until 5:00). If not, no worries.
- Please remember to bring extension cords, power strips, battery chargers, spare parts, etc.
- Make sure your robots have 2 license plates with the team number on them.
- Bring your engineering notebook (if you have one).
- Bring your STEM Research Project (if you have one).
- Bring a sack lunch or there are several restaurants one-five minutes drive away (ie. Little Caesar's, Taco Time, Wendy's).
This is a huge tournament. We have tried our best to plan for every possible scenario. Please be patient with the volunteers at the tournament. If you need anything, please come directly to me.
If you have any questions before the tournament, please let me know!
