General Info

The Ubly Vex IQ Ringmaster ES/MS Qualifier is open to a total of 28 teams (limited to 3 per school).  There will be three state qualification spots at this event (2-Champions and 1 Excellence award).  7 Awards: Excellence, 2-Teamwork Champions, 1-Design, Skills,  and 1 Judge.    If the event is full, please contact me regarding availability and to be added to the waitlist.

Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 2 weeks prior to the event.  Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the waitlist to register.  Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.

Agenda

1:00 teams arrive, check in, unload and set up pits

1:15-2:30 Inspection

2:45-3:00 Team meeting (Match list run at 3:00)

3:10-Opening Ceremony

3:20-Qualification matches start

4:30-5 Dinner

6-Qualifications complete/Alliance selection

6:30-Top 10 teams (5 alliances get 1 more match)

8:00 Awards

Volunteers are welcome to help at this event especially for field reset and pit management.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed.  Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event.  Match lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event.  Refunds, if approved, will be processed one month following the event.
