Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All events are indoors.
If due to bad weather conditions, changes to the event will be emailed to the registered teams immediatly upon making that decision.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will be made to teams up to two weeks prior to the event, provided a written request is submitted (via email) to Dave Parisi ([email protected] Any cancellations inside of the two-week window will not result in a refund.
If the event is rescheduled because of a weather-related event, refunds will be issued to teams that are unable to attend the new date.
