Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Due to the time of year, hopefully weather will not be an issue.  We will plan to hold the event regardless of weather.

If the event cannot be held due to emergency, all efforts will be made to contact coaches/mentors as quickly as possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds are given on a case by case basis, but no refunds will be given after October 13th. Because RECF takes a $5 processing fee out of the registration fees, that portion will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Date: 27-Oct-2018
