***This event is for elementary school teams from Prince Williams County, Manassas and Manassas Park Schools***
HOW TO REGISTER: To register add your name to the wait list. If you qualify you will be registered for the event and then you can pay.
The Ashland's "Fall in to the Season" InvitationalTournment is a VEX IQ Next Level event for Elementary school teams. This event will offer Skills and Teamwork challenges; the maximum number of each skill attempt will be 3 per team. STEM research projects will not be judged.
Concessions will be available, including pizza. Information regarding lunch options will be provided to attendees closer to the event date.
We need volunteers to help make this event run smoothly. If you have the time to help, please check the Volunteer tab for a link to sign-up.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This venue is part of PWCS; if the district cancels activties for the day of the event, the event will be cancelled. Attendees will be notified via email if this situation occurs. There is no makeup date for this event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the event is cancelled for any reason, the registration fee will be refunded less the $5 fee collected by REC Foundation. Other than in the case of an event cancellation, refunds (less the $5 fee collected by Rec Foundation) will only be given to teams that cancel more than 21 days prior to the event, after which time, no refunds will be given.
