3:30 - 4:00 teams arrive, check in, unload and set up pits

3:30 - 4:30 Inspection

4:40 - 5:00 Team meeting (Match list run at 4:40)

5:00 - 5:10 Opening Ceremony

5:15 - 7:30 Skills Challenge field will be open 

5:20 - 7:30 Qualification matches

7:40 - Top 10 teams (5 alliances get 1 more match)

8:00 - Awards

Volunteers are welcome. We are looking for volunteers in all categories for the event.  Please contact JoAnn if you are interested in helping.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather or possible cancellations, please visit the event on events.vex.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed.  Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Refund and Payment Policies

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event.  Refunds, if approved, will be processed one month following the event. The $5.00 service fee that is collected by the REC Foundation will not be refunded.

This event will be held in the Main Gym and the Auxiliary Gym.  Please enter through the Main Gym doors Check-In tables will be at the doors.  Pits will be in the Auxiliary Gym. Inspection will be in the Main Gym
