General Info

Charlotte Public Schools is excited to host this ES only VEX IQ Next Level season qualifier. The Tournament will take place in the Middle School Cafetorium, with the main tournament taking place on the stage. Snacks and lunch will be available in the cafeteria alongside the skills and programming fields.

9:15am               Drivers’ Meeting on the Field (Cafetorium)

10:00am             Qualification Rounds and Judging Begin

We welcome volunteers from all walks of life. No experience necessary, just bring a smile and be ready for a fast paced and fun day!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather all teams will be called and notifed of a change in schedule or rescheduled event.

In the event of cancellation all teams will receive a full refund.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event of cancellation or if the team contacts our school providing at least a weeks notice prior to the event, a full refund will be issued.
