General Info

Congratulations to all team members and coaches upon qualifying for the 2018 / 2019 VEX IQ Level -Up Michigan State Robotics Championship! Charlotte Public Schools is thrilled to play host to you. We take this event very seriously and make every effort to ensure all coaches, team members and supporters feel supported and valued throughout the event. This is a student led event and we take great care to make participants feel the sense sense of occasion that accompanies a state championship.

Volunteer

We rely heavily upon volunteers for the smooth operation of our event. Volunteers from all walks of life are always welcome. No experience necessary.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or dangerous weather conditions, teams will be alerted as soon as possible and an alternative date for the event will be shared.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams will only receive refunds if they contact the event organizers one week in advance of the event.
