Welcome to the 2018-2019 South Whitley VEX IQ Next Level Challenge. This is our 3rd year hosting a VEX IQ event. The event will take place at the South Whitley Elementary Gymnasium.

We will be running 3 fields. We would love to have a 4th field with game pieces, this would allow us to designate a skills only field. If you are interested let me know, we would offer 1 free team registration to anyone that helps.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will only cancel the event if the weather conditions become unsafe to drive.
Refund and Payment Policies
Full Refunds will be issued if the event needs to be canceled for any reason. Other than in the case of an event cancellation, full refunds will only be given to teams that cancel more than 21 days prior to the event, after which time, no refunds will be given.
