Volunteer

If you like the get involved as a volunteer, complete THIS FORM!

No experience is required for most of our volunteer positions.

However volenteers should have an interest and ethusiam for robotics.

Volenteers have a flexable schedule. You can volenteer for the morning shift, the afternoon shift, or all day!

A hospitality room, located in our lounage, will provide a free breakfest, lunch as well as snacks and drinks for all working volunteers.

Volunteer Positions Needed:

  • Team Registration (7:00 am - 10:00 am) Greet teams and coaches. Check them in, collect notebooks, collect pizza orders and money, and schedule STEM presentation times.
  • Concessions (8:00 am - 3:00 pm) Handle food transactions. States will need breakfest shift and lunch shift people.
  • Crowd Control (8:00 am - 3:30 pm) Make sure teams and parents are where they should be, and not where they shouldn't be.
  • Practice Field (7:30 am - 3:00 pm) Monitor the practice field. Help students reset the field between uses.
  • Field Reseters (8:00 am - 3:30 pm) Help with reseting the Teamwork and Skills fields between matches. Really important because it helps the event to stay on time. A great youth volenteer position!
